Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. This role is crucial in helping our organization improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
• Solution Implementation: Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Power Automate solutions.
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between various applications, services, and systems using Power Automate, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that automated workflows are functioning correctly and meet business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all automated processes adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).

• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with other automation tools or platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
