Power Automation

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies. This role requires expertise in Power Platform, cloud integrations, workflow automation, and process optimization. As a lead engineer, you will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business productivity through automation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Design
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Automate workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop complex Power Automate Flows, including UI Flows, cloud flows, and desktop automation.
Integrate Power Automate with Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, and third-party APIs.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure robust workflow execution.
Governance, Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Maintain and enhance documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated on Power Platform advancements, AI-driven automation, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
Explore and implement low-code/no-code innovations to improve operational efficiency.
Drive automation adoption by advocating for RPA, AI Builder, and process intelligence solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
Experience with custom connectors, HTTP requests, and REST API integrations.
Solid understanding of Power Automate governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, or Python for custom automation solutions.

Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, or Cognitive Services for intelligent automation.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and data transformation techniques.
Certifications such as PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
Experience in enterprise automation strategy and workflow orchestration.
