Automation Developer

We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Power Apps ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain custom applications automations and integrations across Microsoft s Power Platform ServiceNow and Jira This role requires strong technical capability the ability to understand business processes and a willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance tools streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps automate workflows with Power Automate build dashboards in Power BI and create conversational tools with Power Virtual Agents Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications workflows catalog items scripts dashboards reports and integrations Provide production support bug fixes enhancements data extraction reporting and handle ad-hoc requests through Teams and JIRA Follow the complete SDLC for all development requirements design documentation testing deployment and change control Collaborate with Solution Architects TPMs Scrum Masters and Senior Managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable high-quality solutions Communicate design decisions risks issues and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability performance and security of applications Maintain detailed technical and user documentation while adhering to development best practices version control standards and governance processes Manage multiple concurrent projects prioritize tasks effectively and proactively identify risks affecting timelines and deliverables Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Virtual Agents Experience with ServiceNow integrations along with supporting application customization scripting workflows catalog items automation and reporting as needed Experience using JIRA for task management workflow tracking support requests and SDLC processes Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Dynamics 365 SharePoint SQL and or REST APIs Strong understanding of data modeling JSON SQL and cloud-based integration patterns Excellent communication problem-solving debugging and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment while supporting multiple ongoing projects Preferred Skills Certifications Microsoft Power Platform Certifications PL-900 PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 ServiceNow Certifications CSA CAD or related Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies Lean principles and Azure DevOps Benefits Health Insurance Accident Insurance The salary will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to location relevant education qualifications experience technical skills and business needs Additional Responsibilities Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki Knowledge Base Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested About us OP is a technology consulting and solutions company offering advisory and managed services innovative platforms and staffing solutions across a wide range of fields - including AI cybersecurity enterprise architecture and beyond Our most valuable asset is our people dynamic creative thinkers who are passionate about doing quality work As a member of the OP team you will have access to industry-leading consulting practices strategies and technologies innovative training education An ideal OP team member is a technology leader with a proven track record of technical excellence and a strong focus on process and methodology
