Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition. The intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment activities, contributing to the overall success of our hiring efforts.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
Identify and reach out to potential candidates.
Candidate Communication:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and feedback.
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Interview Support:
Assist in preparing interview materials, such as interview guides and candidate packets.
- Participate in interviews (shadowing experienced recruiters).
Provide feedback on candidate interviews.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with generating reports on recruitment metrics.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
Assist with employer branding initiatives.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
