Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients to generate qualified leads.
Present company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in [industry/domain].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service mindset with persuasive selling ability.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude towards achieving results.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
