Football Coach

Job Title: Football Coach

Reports To: Sports Director / Principal

Job Purpose:

To develop students' football skills, instil sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline, and guide the school team to participate competitively in inter-school and district-level tournaments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct football training sessions for different age groups.
• Teach fundamental and advanced football techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all players.
• Identify and nurture talented players for the school's football team.
• Prepare the team for competitions, ensuring peak performance and proper fitness.
• Monitor and maintain students' discipline, punctuality, and teamwork during training and matches.
• Organize intra-school matches, selection trials, and football events.
• Inspect and maintain football equipment, kits, and field facilities.
• Collaborate with school administration for scheduling and logistics of matches.
• Promote values of fair play, perseverance, and healthy competition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field (preferred).
• Certification or proven experience as a Football Coach.
• Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and modern coaching methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with children and adolescents with patience and enthusiasm.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Training sessions before/after school hours or as scheduled.
• Availability for weekend matches or tournaments when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
