Football Coach

**Job Title: Football Coach**

**Reports To: Sports Director / Principal**

**Job Purpose**:
To develop students’ football skills, instil sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline, and guide the school team to participate competitively in inter-school and district-level tournaments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and conduct football training sessions for different age groups.
- Teach fundamental and advanced football techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all players.
- Identify and nurture talented players for the school’s football team.
- Prepare the team for competitions, ensuring peak performance and proper fitness.
- Monitor and maintain students’ discipline, punctuality, and teamwork during training and matches.
- Organize intra-school matches, selection trials, and football events.
- Inspect and maintain football equipment, kits, and field facilities.
- Collaborate with school administration for scheduling and logistics of matches.
- Promote values of fair play, perseverance, and healthy competition.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field (preferred).
- Certification or proven experience as a Football Coach.
- Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and modern coaching methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with children and adolescents with patience and enthusiasm.

**Work Environment & Schedule**:

- Training sessions before/after school hours or as scheduled.
- Availability for weekend matches or tournaments when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
