Job Title: Academic Football Coach**

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The Academic Football Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive football program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and academic success. This role requires a strong understanding of the game, excellent coaching abilities, and a commitment to the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coaching and Training: Plan and conduct effective football practices and training sessions that enhance players' skills, teamwork, and game strategies.

Game Preparation: Develop game plans, analyze opponents, and prepare the team for competitions, ensuring that players understand their roles and responsibilities.

Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes, promoting values such as sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both on and off the field.

Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with players, parents, and school administration regarding team expectations, schedules, and academic progress.

Program Development: Contribute to the development of the football program by implementing training programs, organizing camps, and participating in fundraising activities.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations related to athletics and academics.

Qualifications:

- License Requirement - D & C licensed coaches
- Experience - At least 6 months of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their best both academically and athletically.
- Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
