Qualification: B.sc Catering, Diploma in Catering, good communication skills must

  • Proven experience as a South Indian chef in a well-established restaurant
  • Expertise in pure vegetarian cooking
  • Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and presentation
  • Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen management
