Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multicuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare a wide range of dishes with expertise, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure excellent food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.)

Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and consistency

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen

Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with the purchase team

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a multicuisine chef

Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work in restaurants and VIP houses

Willingness to work across different locations in Chennai
