About the Role:
This role entails devising and executing integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on Brand Management, Content Marketing, Events and Activations, and Communications (Internal and External). The position offers ample opportunity to build and elevate a legacy brand in Bangalore while driving measurable business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Translate brand strategy into actionable plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Strengthen brand identity and positioning across online and offline channels for the salon and clinic division.
Lead ATL, BTL, Customer Research, Content & Creatives, and Social Media initiatives.
Manage internal teams, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Elevate business growth through measurable results, focusing on both growth and brand halth metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Oversee creation and management of promotional collateral, ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
Handle media relationships, PR, and agency collaborations.
Develop best practices, define, and track KPIs to manage marketing success.
Ensure ROI through effective budget planning, financial acumen, and resource allocation.
Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Drive marketing automation to optimize the consumer journey and improve engagement.
Track and report on brand health metrics such as awareness, recall, and customer sentiment.
Responsible for key growth metrics including lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
Oversee end-to-end project management for all campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Required Skills:
● 7–9 years' experience in Brand Management and Consumer Marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans.
● Strong understanding of promotion and media planning across digital and traditional mediums.
● Expertise in creative and production processes for both digital (incl. video/audio) and traditional materials.
● Hands-on experience in managing content, media, PR, and campaign calendars.
● Experience in leveraging digital platforms across display, social, mobile, and online channels.
