Works on routine tasks under moderate supervision.
Tracking customers' orders and handling the steps involved with fulfilling them.
Helps clients with orders quoting, entry, processing, fulfilment, review, payment, etc.
Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors, seeking advice from more senior employees in the same area.
Develops, analyzes and reviews order management process standards (e.g. data accuracy, process improvements), puts forth solutions to supervisor
