Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the testing based software projects from start to finishThis includes working with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements creating project plans and schedules tracking project progress and managing risks communicating with project stakeholders approving deliverables resolving project issues and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standardsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to the teamThis includes ensuring that the team is using the latest technologies best practices and design patternsStay up to date on the latest technologies and trendsThis includes attending conferences reading blogs and taking online coursesContribute to the development of the company s strategyThis includes identifying new opportunities for using and recommending improvements to the company s software infrastructureAs part of the Infosys testing team your primary role would be to anchor testing requirements develop test strategy track monitor project plans review test plans test cases and test scriptsIn addition you will mentor the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them continually improve their performanceRequirementsMinimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with atleast 3 years of project management experienceAnd expertise in testing skillsStrong understanding of programming concepts and technologiesProficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or ScrumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills:Technology->ETL & Data Quality->ETL - Others
