Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Oversight
- Manage all administrative functions, including office management, documentation, SOP adherence, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth operations of the malls support services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
2. Tenant Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational concerns.
- Facilitate onboarding, coordination of handover/takeover, utilities setup, and regular communications.
3. Facility & Vendor Management
- Supervise facility maintenance schedules (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Manage third-party service providers (security, cleaning, landscaping) and ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee procurement of admin supplies and maintain budget control.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations including fire safety, health codes, licenses, etc.
- Coordinate with local authorities and conduct regular audits and drills.
5. Staff Management
- Lead the admin team and coordinate across departments.
- Allocate duties, supervise performance, and ensure training and development of support staff.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the admin budget, track expenses, and implement cost-effective practices.
- Generate regular reports on mall operations, maintenance activities, and administrative KPIs.Role & responsibilities

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of facility management and vendor negotiation
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in mall administration, commercial real estate, or facility management
Experience handling large teams and multiple stakeholders
