About The Opportunity
Operating in the global talent marketplace and professional services sector, this fast-growing company connects enterprises with freelance and consulting talent across technology, digital and business services. We are hiring an onsite Business Development Manager in India to build pipeline, close enterprise and mid-market deals, and expand strategic partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close: identify high-value accounts, qualify opportunities, deliver proposals, and drive negotiations to win deals.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in CRM; forecast deal progress and ensure accurate pipeline hygiene and reporting.
  • Use consultative selling to position talent and services against client needs; develop tailored commercial proposals and ROI-based value cases.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Operations and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding, compliant contracts and successful project handovers.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets; develop account plans to expand wallet share within existing customers and drive new logo acquisition.
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to refine commercial approach and identify new vertical opportunities.

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of quota attainment in enterprise or mid-market sales; strong consultative selling and commercial negotiation experience. Ability to work onsite in India and travel to client locations as required.
