Job Title: Project Head – QA/QC, Senior QA/QC Engineer

Location: Hyderabad / Delhi (Full-time, On-site)

Role Purpose:

Responsible for leading and supervising quality assurance and quality control activities for residential Mivan and conventional high-rise building projects.

The role includes inspection planning, manpower scheduling, report consolidation, client coordination, and adherence to quality management systems (QMS).

Both positions play a key role in ensuring that all project activities meet established quality standards, ISO requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and allocate inspection and quality control activities across multiple projects.
  • Oversee daily civil inspections — shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ITP/MTP requirements.
  • Review, consolidate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
  • Plan and optimize QA/QC manpower deployment across project sites.
  • Participate in client kick-off meetings, site audits, and technical discussions.
  • Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct quality training sessions and mentor site QA/QC teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, project QMS, and support internal/external quality audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and process enhancement.

Required Skills & knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 principles and QMS documentation.
  • Familiarity with Quality Policy, Objectives, PDCA cycle, Quality Manual, Procedures, and Checklists.
  • Strong expertise in Mivan and conventional residential construction.
  • Proven experience in QA/QC procedures, ITP/MTP preparation, NCR management, and audit participation.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills.
  • Prior third-party inspection or consultancy experience will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirement:

Project Head – QA/QC

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential Mivan high-rise and conventional construction projects.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-project QA/QC teams and manage client interfaces.

Senior QA/QC Engineer

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential Mivan high-rise and conventional construction projects.
  • Strong execution background with hands-on QA/QC implementation and site audit exposure.
