Software Support Agent – Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics (Remote – India)

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Support Agent based in India to provide world-class technical support for Oxygen Forensics software products. You'll work directly with customers to resolve technical issues, document solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.

Work Hours:

This is a remote position based in India, but you must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). This schedule is mandatory to support our U.S. and EMEA customers in real time.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues on Windows environments.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or development teams.
  • Document support cases, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
  • Provide feedback to help improve product functionality and customer experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on updates and new releases.
  • Deliver responsive, courteous, and technically accurate assistance.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking, and system administration.
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V) preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple support requests.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or digital forensics software is a plus.

  • Location: Remote (India).
  • Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday.
