We are looking for a highly skilled
Cybersecurity Manager
to lead and drive end-to-end cybersecurity processes in automotive projects. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation automotive products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Cybersecurity Management

  • Ensure implementation of cybersecurity processes in all relevant projects.
  • Apply Cyber Risk Management strategies in collaboration with customers and project teams.
  • Support project planning with system, hardware, and software managers.
  • Manage and monitor cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers regarding cybersecurity-related incidents.
  • Own and deliver the Cybersecurity Case.
  • Support the transition of cybersecurity responsibilities from Development to Production.
  • Provide cybersecurity guidance to internal teams, production, and customers throughout project lifetime.
  • Contribute during offering phases to evaluate cybersecurity impact on efforts and technical concepts.
  • Continuously improve development processes related to cybersecurity.

Cybersecurity Risk Management

  • Assess cybersecurity risks and recommend treatment options (security controls, risk mitigation, avoidance).
  • Monitor risk levels and effectiveness of controls.
  • Ensure risks remain at acceptable levels for organizational assets.

Cybersecurity Reporting

  • Provide recurring assessments of project cybersecurity status.
  • Create and maintain cybersecurity status dashboards (status, risks, actions, escalations).
  • Report cybersecurity status and risks to management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of automotive experience.
  • Advanced
    ISO 21434
    certification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ISO 21434-related roles.
  • 5+ years' experience with embedded software products.
  • Strong experience in
    electric products
    (preferably automotive).
  • Proven knowledge of
    electric product system architecture
    (electrical, electronics, software).
  • Prior experience with
    requirements management
    .
