Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments for expense and billing clarifications
  • Support the senior accountant in audits and other accounting tasks
  • Use accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • 13 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP)
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of reconciliation and tax documentation experience, or relevant certifications.
