  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety guidelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Support in the interpretation of blueprints and design specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Manage construction equipment and materials inventory
  • Assist in the implementation of quality control measures
  • Provide support in resolving on-site conflicts and issues
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly worksite
  • Assist in the documentation of project progress and as-built drawings
  • Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software
  • Understanding of construction management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of project scheduling and cost estimation
