Overview: The role of a Project Engineer in Project Execution Sales is critical to our organization as it is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, executing, and delivering of projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating various project elements, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project execution and monitor progress
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide technical support to the sales team
  • Conduct regular project status meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Prepare project reports and documentation
  • Handle project financials and invoicing
  • Support sales presentations and proposals
  • Participate in project post-mortem reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Travel to project sites as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects related to the industry
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Capable of solving complex problems efficiently
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Certification in project management is a plus
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements
