Our flagship product, VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy, is a leading VPN that is downloaded more than 100M times a year ensuring online privacy and anonymity for our users by creating a private network from a public internet connection. We are hiring an Android App developer to join our fast-growing and entrepreneurial team.

We are a remote company with a strong presence in India, Poland, and Ukraine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Android Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. The candidate shall be responsible for developing, and optimizing Android applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. The candidate shall collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced Android applications.

• Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and decisions. Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and best practices.

Work with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and other modern Android frameworks.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for efficient app deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development using Kotlin and Java.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and MVVM architecture.

• Expertise in multithreading, performance optimization, and memory management.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

Solid understanding of Unit Testing, UI Testing, and Test-Driven Development

• Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store.

• Knowledge of backend integration, Firebase, and cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

Experience with Android NDK

Knowledge of VPN protocols and security implementations on Android.
