Primary job: Engage with potential customers over calls, explaining product features, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Bluetooth and audio product range.

· Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and confidently.

· Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.

· Handle inbound calls and address customer queries related to products, orders, or services.

· Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM software.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets as assigned by the team lead.

· Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery updates.

· Provide post-sale support and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience.

· Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.

· Good product presentation skills with the ability to build customer trust over the phone.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

· Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
