Job Overview
Aertrip is looking for a Junior Travel Executive to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. As a vital part of our dynamic operations, you will work closely with clients to craft custom travel packages, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction. This role is ideal for a passionate individual eager to grow in the travel industry and contribute to making every journey unforgettable.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in using ticketing systems, ensuring smooth booking processes for all clients (Mandatory skill).
- Adept in utilizing travel customer relationship management tools to maintain and enhance client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional customer service skills, necessary to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in data entry, ensuring accurate and detailed client data and travel itinerary records are maintained at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving travel-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Experience in creating custom travel packages tailored to individual client preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Skilled in vendor management, coordinating with service providers to secure the best deals and services for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective interactions with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable travel experience.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage bookings efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client profiles in the travel CRM, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and secure competitive rates, optimizing client value and satisfaction.
- Create customized travel packages, considering specific client needs, preferences, and budget limitations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, conveying information clearly and concisely.
