Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a full-time position, the role requires a dynamic individual proficient in customer engagement, cold calling, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will also possess capabilities in technical presentations, requirements gathering, and pre-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer engagement for understanding and fulfilling client requirements effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in making effective cold calls to generate new business opportunities with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, identifying prospects and compellingly presenting company solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to create impactful technical presentations to communicate the benefits and specifications of our solutions.
  • Skilled in gathering detailed requirements from clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Experience providing exceptional pre-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful project initiation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical thinking for understanding complex problems and devising effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions and services.
  • Conduct cold calling sessions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients through strategic market analysis and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate our product offerings and capabilities to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive technical requirements for creating customized proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales support by collaborating with the technical team to ensure streamlined delivery of services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Regularly update management on sales activities, client interactions, and potential business opportunities.
