:

  1. Good commercial knowledge of freight forwarding Air Operations.
  2. Understand & differentiate customer and vendor contracts and extract the Buy & Sell rate, and update the same in internal systems primarily GPM, Web Cargo net & Cargo wise system.
  3. Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
  4. Responds to all customer/stakeholder inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Analytically strong to identify the process gaps, if any, and address the same by collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
  6. Make strategic recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the processes.
