Job Description:

1) Good commercial knowledge of freight forwarding Air Operations.

2) Understand & differentiate customer and vendor contract and extract the Buy & Sell rate and update the same in internal systems primarily GPM, Web Cargo net & Cargo wise system.

3) Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.

4) Responds to all customer/stakeholder enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

5) Analytically strong to identify the process gaps if any and address the same by collaboration with various cross functional teams.

6) Make Strategical recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the processes.
