Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Defence Colony. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting jewellery pieces, and offering expert advice on precious stones and metals. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and staying updated on the latest jewellery trends and collections. The consultant will also support the team in inventory management and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales Skills
  • Knowledge of Precious Stones, Metals, and Jewellery Design
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to maintain and manage product displays
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Experience in luxury retail is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
