At MARQA, we are friends first.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with a passion for luxury jewellery and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in diamond jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold, and jewellery trends to educate and guide customers in their purchase journey.- Sales & Upselling: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.- Store Operations: Assist in inventory management, display setup, and maintaining store aesthetics as per brand guidelines.- Billing & Documentation: Handle invoicing, certifications, and other necessary documentation with precision.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.Key Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales.- Strong communication skills in both English & Hindi.
