Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Handling, checking, receiving, picking, packing and storing of all incoming stocks.

  • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring that they are of accurate quantity, acceptable quality and type.

  • FIFO labelling goods that have arrived at the warehouse and Monitor.

  • Checking expiry dates //shelf life based on product.

  • Coordinate warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques in manufacturing.

  • Carry out documentation and identification of business requirements.

  • Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items.

  • Coordinate cargo or material handling security procedures.

  • Facilitate compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, arranging items on pallets according to storage plan.

  • Implement methods and techniques to manage time and temperature sensitive cargo.

  • Monitoring stock levels and performing cycle counting.

  • Moving items through warehouse from inbound to dispatch.

  • Taken care of Material packaging and dispatches.

Qualification / Requirement:

  • Any bachelor's degree.

  • 4 – 6 years of experience in facility coordination, administration, or office management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and vendor management abilities.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building systems, and facility operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,271.50 per month
