We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Incharge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our store/warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth material handling, and supporting overall store management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storing materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  • Perform stock verification and coordinate periodic physical stock audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation for material movement (GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, and project teams for material requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the storage area in an organized and safe manner.
  • Track material consumption and prepare stock reports for management.
  • Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle vendor follow-ups related to material delivery and discrepancies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical materials and components (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of storekeeping, inventory management, and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, or inventory tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities confidently.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time role based in Bangalore.
  • Salary range: ₹25,000–₹35,000, based on experience and qualification.
