FET Solutions, a fast-growing start-up in Delhi, is seeking experienced Process Safety Consultants to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Chemical Engineering graduates with a strong background in Process Safety consulting and a minimum of 8 to 25 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on process safety management (PSM) to clients across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of process safety risks and hazards, identify potential areas of improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement process safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct process hazard analyses (PHA), including hazard identification (HAZID), hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), and other risk assessment techniques.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of process facilities to assess compliance with process safety requirements and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver process safety training programs to enhance client knowledge and awareness of best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to process safety to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Process Safety consulting, with a minimum of 8 to 25 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety standards and regulations, such as OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, API RP 750, and CCPS.
  • Proficient in utilizing process safety tools and methodologies, including PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, and Bowtie analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
