Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to manage store operations and drive sales at our manufacturing company in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail or sales management experience, and the ability to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock movement and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the management team for operational support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Sales Manager.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment preferred.
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to meet sales goals.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and staff management.
