The Role

We're looking for a 
Senior Designer
 to lead and own the 
entire design ecosystem
 at Zykrr — from product journeys and user interfaces to marketing campaigns and client deliverables.

You'll think deeply about the 
user journey
, simplify complexity, and craft design systems that unify product, brand, and storytelling. You'll also 
mentor and manage a small design team
, ensuring delivery at startup speed with enterprise-grade quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Journey Design:
     Visualize and design intuitive end-to-end experiences across digital products and enterprise workflows.
  • Product Design (AI + SaaS):
     Work closely with product and tech teams to create scalable, human-centered interfaces for complex systems.
  • Brand & Communication:
     Own the brand identity system and maintain design consistency across product, marketing, and internal ops.
  • Design for Simplicity:
     Bring a "less but better" mindset — simplify complex information and design with empathy for the end user.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
     Partner with Marketing, Product, AI, and Client Success to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Popular Product Awareness:
     Draw design inspiration from top global products like Notion, Intercom, and Airtable to keep experiences modern and intuitive.
  • Team Leadership:
     Guide, mentor, and ensure velocity in delivery — balancing creativity with execution.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in 
    enterprise SaaS, AI-driven, or experience-led product companies
    .
  • Strong foundation in 
    UI/UX, brand systems, and visual storytelling
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    user journeys
    , 
    design systems
    , and 
    interaction design
    .
  • Proficient in 
    Figma
    , 
    Adobe Suite
    , and rapid prototyping tools.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance design excellence with business impact.
  • Passionate about 
    human-centered design
     and simplifying complexity.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, manage priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
