Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage and support the company's purchasing activities. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinate with vendors for delivery schedules and invoices
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams for procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (if applicable)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
