The Assistant Salon Manager will support the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional client experience. The role requires prior experience in premium salons, preferably in Khar, Chembur, or Andheri locations, with strong exposure to sales and customer relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Team Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day salon operations and smooth floor functioning
- Support staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality
- Coordinate with therapists, stylists, and front desk for seamless operations
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively drive salon sales, memberships, packages, and retail products
- Upsell and cross-sell services to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets
- Monitor individual staff sales performance and motivate the team to achieve targets
- Support execution of promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain client database and encourage repeat visits and referrals
Client Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service and luxury experience
- Build strong relationships with regular and high-value clients
- Handle feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
Inventory & Administration
- Assist in stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS entries
- Maintain staff records, performance data, and basic HR documentation
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a salon / spa / luxury wellness setup
- Prior working experience in Khar, Chembur, Andheri or similar premium markets preferred
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling premium clientele
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
- Team leadership and motivation skills
- Problem-solving and conflict management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
