Role Description
Sales Support & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet forecasted revenue
- Help manage daily sales activities, including lead follow-ups and client communications.
- Approaching customers, offering them the product, negotiating deals and closing the deal and build sales revenue
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients (individuals, corporates, agents).
- Handle client queries related to travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and bookings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's travel products (tours, packages, cruises, flights, etc.).
- Assist in creating customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Promote special deals, seasonal offers, and group tour packages.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion, sales volume, and client retention.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Train or guide junior sales staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
