Location: Role should be flexible for travelling across PAN India with special focus primarily in Patna / Bhubaneshwar Location

Skills required:

You would be working on projects with Governments, Utilities, International Financing / Development Institutions, NGOs and private entities, advising on Key Financial Matrix IEC, Capacity Building, IT Infrastructure. You would be expected to lead large programme management and monitoring, covering primarily IT related aspects and domain knowledge related to renewable energy would be a plus for this role.

A few role-based responsibilities for the position are described below:

• Project management for large state / Central government projects. Managing large programme implementation, and tracking KPIs
• Working directly with client stakeholders and external agencies to lead key programme/scheme related documents such as concept notes, presentations, performance assessment reports etc.
• Fair knowledge of Tools / Assets used for Programme Management such as Power BI Dashboards, Microsoft Project would be added advantage
• Working very closely with a multitude of stakeholders across India on a timely basis.
• Monitoring the program across multiple states.
• Provide guidance on the development of insights using data analytics software.
• Support in remedial action plan on gaps during program implementation.
• Working both collaboratively and individually as a part of project teams to address complex market, strategic, operational, and organizational issues
• Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverable requirements
• Undertake research, stakeholder engagement analysis and packaging of client deliverables.
• Formulate robust, and grounded analysis and plans to support strategic initiatives for the clients and advise them on adoption of programs and processes for the same.
• Participate and lead in client meetings for presenting the findings and recommendations to the client
