**Job Type**: Full-time from office, Monday to Saturday

The Company is operating from Bhuabneswar, Pune & Nashik.

**About the Cofounders**:
The company is founded by 3 cofounders, each with more than 20 years of Industry experience. CEO Mr. Amiya has worked in Global Consulting Organizations such as PwC, Accenture, Renoir Consulting and have transformed the businesses of Fortune 500 companies. CTO Ms. Manisha has more than 25 years IT experience in India and Global IT companies. CHRO Ms. Surya has 20+ years of Academic, Consulting & Business experience and is a PhD from IIT Kharagpur.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Marketing**:

- Design Reels/Shorts/Posters/website modification/banners as required for Digital Marketing efforts
- Create and manage content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media channels, and newsletters.

2. **Market Research**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.

3. **Operations**:

- Onboard users to the platform

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, research, and/or operations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
