About Us:

Siddha Wellness Village Resort and Organic Farm is seeking an experienced Manager cum Caretaker with a hotel background to oversee our 6-room property. If you're a multitasking professional with a passion for hospitality and sustainability, we'd love to hear from you

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Manager cum Caretaker to manage our resort's daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain our organic farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and provide excellent customer service

  • Oversee organic farm operations, including crop management and sustainability initiatives

  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency

  • Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management and budgeting

  • Maintain property upkeep, including maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

  • Hotel management experience with a focus on customer service and operations

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Knowledge of organic farming practices and sustainability initiatives

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
