Role Description

This is a full-time Office role located in Noida for a Quantity Surveyor Cum Tender Analyst. The role involves preparing and analyzing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing all financial aspects of construction projects. The Quantity Surveyor Cum Tender Analyst will also be responsible for preparing tenders, analyzing supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining cost control. Supporting project management teams and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and feasibility studies
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing tenders and supplier quotations
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and compliance with project specifications
  • Proficiency in maintaining cost control and project financial management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as MRICS is a plus
  • Experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly highways and irrigation projects, is beneficial
