Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to maintain application integrity and performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Pega development best practices.

  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption of Pega solutions.

  • Contribute to the companys strategic initiatives by leveraging Pega technologies to enhance service delivery.
