Role & responsibilities

  • Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels; ensure accuracy of stock records.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely movement of materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials (GRN, Delivery Challans, Invoices, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
  • Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of warehouse premises.
  • Track and report KPIs related to warehouse operations.
  • Handle warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/Commerce).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
  • Experience in the agriculture/FMCG/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
