We are hiring a Senior Planning Engineer - Civil for large-scale EPC, Industrial, Power, and Oil & Gas infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Track project progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct delay analysis, time-impact assessments, and prepare EOT (Extension of Time) documentation.
  • Assist in project budgeting, resource planning, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and client representatives for real-time updates.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
  • Track milestones, monitor critical paths, and prepare look-ahead schedules for proactive planning.

Desired Qualification -

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Experience - 6 to 8 years
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling techniques, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Industrial Construction, Power Plants, Oil & Gas Infrastructure.
