Role & responsibilities

  • Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for handling and establishing International Business of pharma formulations covering European Countries.
  • You will be part of a new business development team to generate business and new markets in European countries, you will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets preparing marketing plan and budget pricing policy in product development and achieving market objective of the territory.
  • Candidate will be responsible for travelling and promoting Pharma Formulation products to gain maximum market share.
  • Candidate will be responsible for identifying & registering new products, handling imports & logistics & Dealing with dealers, distributors & collection of payments.
  • Candidate will out late business across new geographies in European countries by strategically shortlisting products/partners and business models.
  • You will train field force and business partners on company products for quality representation, and work in the field to meat doctors, pharmacists, and KOLs for promoting products and doing market research and Co-ordinate with KOL.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B Pharma or BSc and MBA in marketing having an experience of 12-20 years in marketing and business development of pharma Formulations covering European countries.
  • You must have travelled and worked in different Europeans countries.
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of developing new markets implementing strategy preferably in Regulated Markets including Promotion of Pharma Formulations in acute & chronic segments.
  • You should be good in preparing budgeting pricing policy and preparing marketing plans.
  • You should be also good in preparing and implementing strategies making presentation and periodic reports.
  • Candidate should be good in Good Negotiation skills and Good Commercial acumen.
  • Candidate should have travelled and worked extensively within European Countries (pharma industry only) & promoting pharma formulation business.
