Machinery Operator

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT: MACHINE OPERATORS (FMCG BEVERAGE PLANT)

Authorised Distributor for leading FMCG & Beverage Brands

We are currently hiring Experienced Machine Operators to join our Water Plant for beverage production and packaging facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machinery across various sections including:

• Filling Machines (Beverage Processing Equipment)
• Swing Wrapper Machines (Packaging Line Operation)
• Utility Systems (Air Compressors, Chillers, Inkjet Printers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned machines to ensure smooth and safe functioning
• Perform changeovers and setup as per production requirements
• Regularly inspect and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues
• Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive or corrective maintenance
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with hygiene and safety norms

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3–10 years of hands-on experience in operating any of the following:
• Beverage filling and processing equipment
• Swing/flow wrapper machines
• Utility equipment: air compressors, chillers, inkjet coding machines
• Good understanding of operational safety and GMP practices
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
