Core Skills Required:

  • Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and repair electrical faults in production machinery (e.g., diaper machines, wet wipes units, mask production lines).
  • Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
  • Experience in scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for all electrically operated equipment.
  • Capable of minimizing machine downtime during breakdowns.
  • Panel Wiring & Control Circuits
  • Proficient in wiring electrical panels and understanding PLC, relay logic, and control systems.
  • Motor Controls & Drives
  • Skilled in working with single-phase and three-phase motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and starters.
  • Industrial Safety Compliance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout procedures, and PPE usage.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Equipment
  • Familiar with diaper production machines, sealing machines, conveyors, cutting units, and packing line electrical components.
  • Electrical Drawing Interpretation
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and manuals.
  • Basic Knowledge in PLC & Automation (Optional but preferred)
  • Exposure to PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley) for basic troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Energy Monitoring & Usage Optimization
  • Understanding of energy-efficient practices and the ability to monitor energy usage.
  • Emergency Handling & Coordination
  • Able to act quickly during power failures or electrical fire risks and coordinate with the safety officer.
