  • Record vehicle details, parking tickets, and transaction data accurately.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and assist in vehicle retrieval.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
  • Support emergency procedures such as power failures, fire alarms, or system shutdowns.
