Customer Experience Intern
, you will be the first touchpoint for prospective customers from the
UAE market
. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey by addressing key questions, removing doubt, and ensuring clarity at the most crucial decision-making stage. Every response you deliver has the power to build trust and directly influence conversion.
The Job
- Actively call and engage with potential users based in the UAE, particularly those interested in high-value routes like the USA, to answer visa-related queries and provide timely application support.
- Respond to incoming queries from prospective users via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Clarify visa requirements, document guidelines, and timelines in a clear, simple manner.
- Track frequently asked questions and share insights with the product and operations teams.
- Help refine how we communicate by suggesting updates to FAQs and response templates.
- Monitor and report key experience metrics such as response time.
The ideal candidate
- Currently in the third year of college or a recent graduate
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable learning visa regulations quickly and explaining them in simple terms.
- Patient, solution-oriented, and able to convey empathy in every interaction.
- Organized and diligent about follow-ups and documentation.
- Based in Delhi or able to commute to our Delhi office daily.
- Ready to join immediately for a 3–6 month internship.
