Centre for Sight is hiring for the below Position.

Post - Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location - Delhi - Safdarjung Enclave

Experience - 3 to 7 Years

Qualification - Graduation

"Healthcare industry experience is required"

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Trade Partnerships:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, optometrists, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
  • Promote Hospital Services:

    Actively promote the hospitals eye care services, surgical treatments, and diagnostic facilities through presentations, meetings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    Conduct research on local market trends, competitor strategies, and patient demographics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:

    Identify potential referral sources and convert leads into patients by effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate Marketing Activities:

    Support and execute offline and online marketing campaigns, health camps, awareness drives, and eye check-up camps in the Safdarjung area.
  • Reporting & Feedback:

    Maintain records of interactions, generate reports on referral trends, marketing activities, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or eye care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of ophthalmology treatments and eye care services is a plus.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare market and Safdarjung area is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel locally and meet clients regularly.
